Ayrton Senna – His last night
An homage to the driver and to the man who made the history of Formula 1: Ayrton Senna.
His life became a myth on May 1st 1994, when, being 34, he passed away in a terrible car accident on track. A rst class driver, but, before all, a man that left an unforgettable mark, not only in the sport world. Through a selection of pictures taken by Ercole Colombo and video contributes, the exhibition aims to narrate the most intimate and unexplored aspects of the Brazilian champion.
The exhibition path reconstructs Senna’s complex character, man and pilot, following the narration of “Suite 200. Ayrton Senna’s last night”. The author of the book and co curator of the exhibition Giorgio Terruzzi guides the visitor between Ercole Colombo’s photographs, describing the most important moments of the champion’s life through his thoughts and re ections in that last night before his accident.
Thank to a suggestive set up, the public will be able to live an engaging and emotional experience rediscovering this great driver, living, once more, his last night before the crash.
An exhibition created following Visit Different’s philosophy, a concept that brought successful projects to life and that has the goal of describing the man beyond the myth, willing to bring the public to raw emotions.
